She took a detailed account of my lifestyle, understood my issues and offered some gentle but thorough advice. After following her recommended plan for 2 months I've found that my energy levels have improved, the knee pain has eased, I'm now able to exercise and have lost 11kg. I'm making better food choices, generally feeling so much better, but have at no point felt hungry.
